My father came back with head protection and head guards for next thursdays grading. Where everyone is gonna get a yellow belt. In the grading I'm going to have to sparr my father in a semi contact way.

Oh hey dont be sad for me babe. Most of the things I say, do sound sad, But honestly Im not sad when I write. Granted I am sad that I freak out and panick outside, but cheerup. They say things will get better. Lets pretend that it will be ,)
